Thoughts

I have no thoughts in my head

But they’re really loud

Shouting at me when I’m trying to sleep

Or to focus on accomplishing something

I have no thoughts in my head

But they’re bouncing all around

Slamming against my skull

Like the pinball in an arcade

But I feel everything so deeply

Sometimes letting it affect my body

And my soul

But it keeps me awake

The chattering voices

Going back and forth

Your a bad mom

You suck at your job

Shut up! It's not true!

Bite your tongue

Don't say that out loud

They'll discover the truth

Your crazy

But all the great people are
